What's required &

The Bikram certification is a professional qualification that will open doors across the Middle East's rapidly growing boutique fitness market. You don't need to be an expert — but a genuine commitment to the method and a willingness to learn is essential.

Our programme is structured to take you from practitioner to qualified instructor through an intensive, hands-on workshop with internationally certified faculty.

    Regular Bikram Practice
    Minimum 6 months of consistent Bikram yoga practice recommended before starting.
  • 02
    Physical Fitness
    You should be comfortable practising the full 26+2 sequence without modifications.
  • 03
    English Language Proficiency
    All instruction, dialogue and materials are delivered in English.
  • 04
    Commitment to Full Programme
    Full attendance across all programme days is mandatory for certification.

Step 01
Register Your Interest

Before Enrolment
Step 02
Confirm Enrolment
Secure your place with a deposit. You'll receive a welcome pack and pre-course preparation materials.
On Enrolment
Step 03
Pre-Course Preparation
Study your programme materials and complete any required practice hours before your cohort begins.
2 Weeks Before
Step 04
The Workshop
Intensive full-day sessions covering technique, theory, class programming and live teaching practice with internationally certified faculty.
9am – 6pm Daily
Step 05
Assessment
Written and practical assessment conducted by your faculty trainer on the final day of the programme.
Final Day
Step 06
Certified. Ready to Teach.
Receive your internationally recognised digital certificate within 7 days of successful completion.
